Listing of MARKETEO.COM S.A. on the Warsaw Stock Exchange New Connect market, which finances the development of actively operating enterprises with high growth potential, resulted mainly from the need to raise more capital allowing for further development of the already started projects and implementation of new ones.

Eventually the shares of MARKETEO.COM S.A. had their debut on NewConnect at the price of PLN 4 - 100 percent higher than the reference price of PLN 2. Prior to listing on NewConnect, Marketeo.com issued 1 million shares by way of private subscription. The shares were subscribed for by four investors. The issue price was PLN 2.

The MARKETEO.COM group is a unique solution on a global scale. It comprises Marketeo.com, an international e-commerce platform established in June 2006, and integrated industry websites with nearly 10 years tradition.

Today 29 industry websites belong to the Company. MARKETEO.COM S.A. was established in 1999 and from the begining of its activity it has been profitable without any financial burdens. All its investments are financed from its own funds obtained primarily from selling online ads. It is worth mentioning that the Company has its own highly qualified marketing department, creation and IT departments together with technological facilities including a high-tech server room.

From the begining of its activity marketeo.com has been a bridge between companies, providing them with internet tools which really increase business contacts. A unique technological solution, loyal international community of the Marketeo.com e-commerce platform and integrated industry websites as well as cooperation with biggest companies in Poland and abroad give the Company a huge competitive edge.

The begining of 2009 has so far been a successful period for the Company, reflected in continuously rising page view statistics of the MARKETEO.COM Group. At present companies from over 220 countries, including most frequently from Poland, China, Germany, Russia, USA, Great Britain and Ukraine are using the Marketeo.com e-commerce platform.
