General description

The paper scorers, offered by us, shall succesfully be used for scorring of self-adhesive materials (e.g. a paper, a foil, an aluminium foil, a fabric and other materials). The machine produces straight cuts, so with the use of the machine you may obtain the shapes of stripes or rectangles when scoring. The scorring line is smooth and without any thickening. The machine is of simple construction. It consists of aluminium frame with two rollers and work table attached. The construction is rigid and firm, which ensures precise processing of the materials. The lower roller (one of the two rollers) is motor-operated by the motor with fluent regulation of speed. The upper roller, on which the mountings with knives (circular blades) are fixed, is motionless. When the mountings with knives are pushed nearer to the lower drive roller (we need to keep the proper distance from the lower roller when pushing [detailed information in the instructions attached]),
the material, which is previously prepaired for scoring and inserted in between circular blades and the lower roller, is seized and finally driven out automatically. The scorring circular blades play double role: they score and hold the sheet of material. Additionally, we can expand the machine's
functions (we can additionally use the machine for cardboard bending and perforating).
